We have a group of users who have just been upgraded from outlook 2000 to
2003. They make heavy use of public folders to store project mails and
typically have lots of projects on the go at the same time. Under 2000 they
used to create shortcuts to the project folders in public folders in the
outlook bar. Clicking on the shortcut would then set the focus of the folder
pane to that public folder and they could then easily navigate to that
projects sub folders.
Is there a way to replicate this setup with the single navigation pane in
2003? If i add the top level project public folder to the favourites folder I
don't get any option to expand the folder and view any subfolders.
Cheers
