Navigation structure / link bars

I'm guessing this question has been asked before but exactly what do I need
to publish to my remote website after I add a new page to the navigation
structure if I want to see that new page in the link bar on the remote site.
Right now the link bar in the left shared border is configured to reflect the
navigational structure.

You need to publish the entire website, though publishing Changed Pages
Only will suffice.
This will update all the pages, images, and meta data on the destination
site to allow the new link to show.

Thanks for the speedy response. The problem I'm having is that I'm not a
FrontPage guru by any stretch, I'm updating a website that has a 3rd party
commerce site tied into it that is no longer supported in its current version
so I'm trying to make the least amount of chages to that site for fear of
breaking it (I might be a bit too paranoid about this). In other words I
just want to publish exactly those pages that have to be published in order
for the site to be updated and nothing more.

I assume when you say to publish "changed pages", those are pages that are
flagged on my local site as having been changed when comparing them to the
remote site (blue arrow icon in FP). In the case of updating a navigation
struture and wanting to see the new navigation structure reflected in the
link bars, what would be the minimum that I would have to publish.

As a minimum, you must Publish the entire web using Changed Pages Only.
This will publish new pages, pages you have edited, new files (images etc.)
and will update the meta data required for the navigation. During the
publish process, the link bars will be updated in all pages.

Thanks again. I'll give it a shot.
