Hi again! I just published my updated website using FP
2002. My server only has extensions that support FR
2000, therefore my navigation link bars were not
formatted. Only text is showing on the actual site. Are
there other buttons/bars that will work through FP 2002
with FP 2000 server extensions?

You have to use the standard navigation bar.
