NDS plugin for 2002

There used to be a plug-in for Visio 2002 and earlier that would create an
NDS/eDirectory tree diagram by querying and importing the information from
the actual NDS tree you were logged into. Is this still available for
download anywhere? I can't seem to find it.

It was the Visio Enterprise Network Tool suite (as separate product) and was
dropped by MS in 2002.
