NeatWorks export to contacts to BCM issues

I scanned (many) business cards into Neatworks then imported to Outlook (reg
contacts.) Everything worked great. But when I exported those same contacts
into BCM, only the name & email address showed up, nothing else.

I have tried Neatwork support who says BCM was a plug in & they don't
support it. So is there a way to get all the contact info in contacts into
BCM?

Outlook and Outlook BCM are not the same. BCM uses an SQL based backend to
store its info. (as an aside it also uses a different import/export engine
then what is used in the standard Outlook product).

Instead of exporting directly from Neatworks to Outlook, export your data
first to Excel (which the Neatco website states is supported -
http://www.neatco.com/products/software/neatworks) and then import the Excel
file into BCM instead. You will be limited to whatever fields are included
by the Neatworks export process and whatever the BCM field map includes in
terms of Outlook.

I am unsure how to export all the receipts I have scanned into Neat Works and transfer their information into an Excel Spreadsheet.
