Project comes with a number of templates and you can find more if you Google
the web.
However, I would like to suggest that they won't save you time as your
project is probably quite different from any template available.
Get key people together who know what has to be done and brainstorm all
tasks needed. If you like enter them into Excel. You can copy/paste into
Project later. This way you'll end up with a much more relevant schedule.
