need a handout template - 1 slide with lines underneath for notes

I am creating a worbook from my powerpoint 2007. I need a template that will
print one slide withlines underneath.

I have no desire to port the slides intoword and do it that way. Its a 3
day work session.

I'm not sure why you don't want to send the slides to Word to create a
single slide per page with lines underneath. It only takes about 4 clicks.
Or perhaps you don't know about the ability to send slides to Word from
within PowerPoint? If not, then what version of Word and PPT are you using?
