need a macro to automatically import XML file from desktop

Hello,
I need an Access macro that will import an XML file from my desktop into
Access 2003, using windows XP. I can do this manually by clicking File-
Get External Data->Import. This brings me to a dialog box that lets me

browse for the file and specify the format of file i'm importing (XML in
this case). Does anyone know how to accomplish all this in a single macro?
I want it such that I don't even have to browse for the file, so that the
entire import all happens at the click of a button. (I already know how to
create a custom button)
