Need a quick way to migrate users to an exchange server.

I have about 20 users that currently use POP accounts. We are
bringing the email in house with an exchange server. Is there a quick
way, say with a .reg file, to add the necessary account information to
the individual outlook accounts without having to go to each system
and do the add account process?

Also, the plan is to export the current personal folders to a .pst
file on a Friday night, then send the individual files to the home
office and have them do an import into the Exchange server over the
weekend. Is this a good plan or is there some other way that I'm
missing?

There is no need to export anything; POP3 mail is already stored in a
pst-file.

You can deploy the new account configuration by using prf-, msp- or
cmw-files. See the Office Resource Kit of your Office version for more info.
