Need a template for A-7 size envelopes

I need a template for printing A-7 size envelopes. I have tried the customize options but my printer will not use the envelope feeder. So I need to have a template. Help!!

Word will only work with paper sizes permitted by the printer driver. For
other sizes you need to use the next larger permitted size and set the
margins appropriately so that the address details print in the correct
places. You can set the printer bin (from those available) in the page
setup. Many printer drivers do not work well with custom paper sizes so only
use pre-configured sizes.
