Need a visio template for Windows XP User Interface

I'm trying to do a mockup of a Windows XP screen for a vizualisation at work.
I understand there is a template for this to use in Visio. I have searched
Microsoft Online and there is reference to it, but I don't have it and want
to download if possible.
