I have Access 2000. I am a physician and am opening a small clinic. I would
like to keep track of my business with Access, but do not have the time or
knowledge to develop a database from scratch. The templates that come with
Access do not come close to what I need: patient information (address, info.
for each visit, including what was done, costs, payments, etc.), billing,
ability to print superbills for each patient visit, listing of suppliers
(labs, supplements, office/medical supplies), ability to track inventory
(supplements), keep track of patient handouts & be able to print them out
from Access, etc.
