Need advice on setting up project server / licenses

Hi

I need to set up a Microsoft Project Server which will have the
following needs.

10 people who change / create data
20 people who view data only.

I currently own Windows 2003 server with 5 Client Licenses.

All the PC's run Windows XP (some home some pro).

What extra do I need for software.

I am confused about licenses do I need extra windows CALs as well as
SQL Cals etc.

I'm sorry I do not know if it makes a difference but it is Windows
Small Business Server 2003 that I own.

it's getting a little dated, however, with ProjectSever2007 in late Beta and SQL2005(Yukon) as current product.
