Need an example of commandbar popup onaction in c#

I was getting error "MEmber not found" when I try to use onaction property of
commandbarpopup.

In the net, I saw some replies like to use vb macro for the onaction.

Are we forced to use the vba macro even in c# projects? If that is the case,
how to do it? Any help would be appreciated.
