Need batch search and highlight in Word docs

I have a list of about 2 dozen words that I need to ensure don't show
up in a variety of Word docs I'm creating. I'd like some utility that
will let me search against that list of words and either highlight
instances it finds (preferable option) or replace those instances
(acceptable). Any help appreciated.
