Need Blank Word Template

I not knowingly created the default Word template a as graph design on the
background, so everytime I open Word the graph appears as the background. How
do a get rid of this template a great a new blank one?Thanks

not sure, i downloaded a graph paper sample and i guess somehow saved it as
the the default template
