I need a rule that copies an outgoing (sent) email to a folder in my
Inbox whether I am using my Outlook client or sending mail from home
using Outlook OWA. Is this possible?
Our computer people wrote me a rule that copies outgoing mail to the
folder just fine when I'm using the client but if I am using OWA it does
not.
My suspicion is that in order to write such a server side rule our
computer service people would have to write it using a client. I suspect
they wrote it using OWA. Could this be the source of my problem?
As far as I can tell from what I read on this web-site about Outlook
rules, a rule the copies a sent email to a folder within the mail
account is not necessarily client-side. Yes or no? If not, how can the
rule be written?
