need dire help

hi to all i have never created a database before in access 2003 and i need
one that will just basically have a field for me to scan UPC's then it will
automatically enter time and date.

You'll probably get a better answer or lead if you post in one of the Access
groups you can find at this link (maybe the New Users group would be best)

I doubt you'll find a template / empty database set up this way, so you
might also want to consider hiring someone to create it for you.
