Need directions concerning Notification of Replies

I realize I am not in the right section for this question, but maybe someone
can point me in the right direction.

My profile on this group discussion area contains my email address and I
click the check box beside "Notify me of replies" everything I ask a
question. However, I quit getting notifications for some reason.

I have clicked on both Contact Us links at the bottom of this webpage but
did not think the link was appropriate for my question.

Can someone direct me on what needs to be done?

Unfortunately that function has been broken for abut 6 months. The right
people know about it; however, it's not high on their 2-do list.
