the tables in which MS Project 2003 data is stored?

What about for the Risk and Issues data stored in WSS (STS)?

Dale,
The schema is very technical and we are looking for a dictionary that lists
all the project feilds and a description so the users can guide us with
custom scripts. Do you know if such a thing exists anywhere?
