Need email spam and phishing education links

This is probably not an Outlook question but I hope someone can direct me to
where I can get some education.

The spam filter setting I have on Outlook works fine for me. Most of the
junk mail is appropriately filtered out.

However, I'm also getting messages, like undelivered email, because someone
is using my email address in the From field of a note somewhere.

Is there a site or forum where I can get some education on the techniques
being used by outsiders to either send me spam or trick me into responding
somehow?
