In Outlook2003w/BCM, suppose I have a BCM Contact and this person's contact
history...emails, phone calls, notes.
I think the answer is 'no' but... Is there a "Find" capability for this
history... A way to open "John Doe" and do "Find: 2005 Conference" and have
all the emails and phone calls pop up that had the term "2005 Conference" in
them?
Better still, is there an overall function like this that would bring up ALL
contacts (with all instances of that term underneath them)? ACT! has this
sort of capabilty, it's not really rocket science.
Any workaround or way to accomplish this?
Thanks,
G
