Need form to document customer feedback on skill marketing calls

We have a database here that we use to log all calls
within our company that we all make to our customers and
suppliers. We have three ways that the information is
distributed. The first method is the opening form in the
application. It displays that last 15 calls that were
logged in the database on a split form next to the main
switchboard. Users can use this to see recent discussions
and filter the entire database for documented calls with
similar subjects. The second method uses the "Send"
function to send a report for the current call to selected
recipients. The form used to document the call filters the
report for the current record and the report becomes an
attachment in Outlook to be send to people that you choose
through your mail service address book. The third is a
search function that allows the use to filter out a report
by several criteria selections. The report is again sent
through Outlook as an attachment. Any of these methods
should work for you. If you have a group setup in your
address book for all of your sales managers, the process
could be quite simple. If you want to pick and choose
specific sales managers through Access itself you might
