Need helo with an error

Hello all

I created a visio file that is linked to an Access database (all the
shapes are linked). But I am getting an error when I tried to "Update
Database Record". The ODBC is working fine I can see all the correct
data (from my visio file) from my access database. When I changed the
information in Access it will reflect the change in Visio, BUT when I
tried the way around (change the information in visio and click "Update
Database Record") it will give me an error. This is the error im
getting:

Visio Error
Cannot tranfer all the data retrieved from the sahpe to the database.
Run the Database Wizard and re-link the shape to correct the problem.
Error Detail
ODBC Error: 22005
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Invalid character value for
cast specification (null)

Then I click Close an another error pops up:

Visio Error
Cannot update all of the data from the linked cells. Run the Database
Wizard and re-link the sahpe to correct the proble.
Error detail
ODBC Error: 07001
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Too few parameters.
Expected 12.
========================================================================

I tried re-linking the database and same behavior.

Any ideas???
