Need help changing banner within Front Page

I am using Front Page's theme "world finance" and need help substituting the
original banner.

I have created a new image to be used as a banner and need to know what I
need to name it and where it needs to be placed within the program so that
Front Page will make the swap and display the new banner as a part of the
"world finance" theme.

You have to modify the theme to replace the theme banner with your banner. You then would save the
theme under a new name, remove the current theme and apply your newly modified theme.
