Need help converting an old project 98 file

Can anyone do a file conversion for me? I have an old project file that
won't open in Project 2002. I last saved the file in 1997. According
to Project, I need to open the file in Project 98, save it as MPX
format, then open in 2002. Trouble is, I don't have access to 98.

I'd appreciate if anyone having 98 could do the conversion for me, or
point me to some other method.

Mike,
If you don't mind sending the file via e-mail, just zip it and send it
to me. If it is not corrupt, I will convert it to a current version of
Project so it can be read by Project 2002 and send it back to you.
