Need help finding proper newsgroup

HI!!

I know i'm in the wrong newsgroup, i'm looking for a good
newsgroup,like this one, on web development.

I plan to use the DreamWeaver MX 2004 pck. for the
development.. I want to know also if this pck is any good
for developing web pages. Keep in mind that i'm a
programmer at hart, not a designer....
