Need help getting data from Front Page form to database

This is my second post on this issue. I just cant get it figurred out.
Creating MySql database to gather info from form submitted on website. Front
Page extensions installed. My best result so far has been getting information
into the first column of the database table. For some reason not all data is
getting to the database. Will MySQL handle input from form? I dont know even
where to start I am stumped. Pointers or tips anyone?????

Unless you've downloaded and installed the addin for FP from MSFT, FrontPage
won't work with a MySQL database.

What about MS SQL instead of MySQL? Where do I get which add-in download? ;-)
