Need help getting started...

I am trying to learn visio for the first time, and I am having a lot of
problems learning it. When I point to "new", it won't let me click on
anything, nor will it let me click and drag items from my "stencils" area to
my work area. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

what version/release of visio is it, and where did you get it?
sounds like it is locked (trial version that expired).

Hi

I am trying to learn Visio and I have recently installed Microsoft Visio
2007 from Mirosoft website, a trial version basically. It is set to expire in
April. After selecting the template for basic flowchart, I am unable to
select any of the icons and unable to drag the icon on to the Basic Flowchart
layout. Can you tell me if thus is because of Visio installed being a trial
version or if it is anything else causing this problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
