How do I import all my Outlook data from another drive?
It should be a pst file right? I know how to
Import/export... But I need to do it from a different
drive... I have old pst files I created from the past but
I want all the latest data from the Outlook on my E drive
I just connected... I asked this question last night and
the guy told me to reconnect the drives and make my drive
the master and the other the slave... I just got off the
phone with a microsoft employee and he said it wouldn't
work because of the license... I don't care how I do it I
JUST NEED THE DATA AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

Where is the drive with your old data on?

Assuming the file(s) you want to get the data from are somewhere on your
computer ---
From Outlook choose File/Open/Personal Folders File. In the window that
opens, navigate to the drive/folder/pst file that you want the data from and
open it. You can then move data to a common file.

Or, locate the old pst files that you want to move to the E drive by doing a
search;
Rename the old files to a unique name other than outlook.pst and then move
the files to the same folder on the E drive that your other pst files are
on.

No, don't import.

Make your old drive the slave. Search it, enabling hidden files and folders
if need be, for *.pst. Either open that PST directly from Outlook, or copy
it to some folder on your new drive and open it with File>Open. You can
then make it your default delivery location, if you wish, or copy items from
it to your current PST using drag-and-drop.
