need help in un locking master application / resume

i am trying to complete, (start) an online application and master resume thru
work source.com, and every time i try it tells me that it is locked .!!! I
have tried everything and my papers are due monday morning and im running out
of time. Please help me in unlocking this page or what ever it is so that i
can start to complete my assignments,

Your post appears to have nothing whatsover to do with Excel, so not quite
sure why it's here.

For whatever would be the appropriate newsgroup there would appear to be
very little specific info within your note for them to even start to try and
help you.
