Need help installing Office 2003 on a computer

This is kind of complicated. Okay so we bought the computer on 12/2/05 and
we started to have major problems with it a little over a year after. We
brought it to Geek Squad and they had to install a new hard drive and do a
Operating Sysytem restore. Well it worked, for the most part. You see when
we first got the computer it had a trial version of Microsoft Office on it,
so we ended up downloading the full version over the internet. When we got
our computer back from Geek Squad Microsoft Ofiice was GONE!. I tried to
talk to Geek Squad with no resutls. I still have the purchase reciept I
printed from the internet and the key-code. I need to know how I can
download Office again without paying for it all over again. Please help!

You can't download it again but since you have your receipt, you can call
Microsoft and pay for replacement CDs. It'll cost you about $30. There's
nothing you can do to geek Squad about this tho. Unfortunately, you should
have made a copy of the downloaded file before you started having issues.
