NEED HELP!! New installation errors for server 03

I have installed project server 2003 on a new reloaded 2003 server with SQL
2000 ent. and sharepoint services 2.0 I have installed SP1 and hotfix. All
patches current. When publishing projects from win XP sp2 project pro sp1 I
get errors in the application event log saying invalid procedure call or
argument. The project shows up in the project center with no details
available. If I try to publish with an enterprise resource assigned to a task
the spooler errors to 0x80004005. Permissions are set correclty on view drop
folder. I am the installer and cannot find an error in my installation.
Security log reports no errors. System log reports no errors.

Did I miss something???

Fixed the problem.

Fixed the problem by correctly installing service pack1 wiht all three steps.
