NEED HELP. (Outlook 2000)

We have a Public Staff Calendar in our company (Outlook
2000) , and it has come to my attention that sometimes
staff input information on it and by the next day or so
information will be missing!. We have tested our calendar
and noticed that after a day or two some information
will be missing/deleted.

Any sugestions???
