need help printing labels

When I try to print labels in Word only the first page
prints. I have multiple pages to print, however when I
change the settings to print all or select specific pages,
it still only prints the current page. I've imported all
my data from Approach into Access (is this the problem?).

Hi Ken,

It sounds like you have not actually executed the merge, but are just
viewing the results in the/printing mailmerge main document. To get all of
the labels to print, execute the merge to the printer.
