Need help resizing a document

B

Baldy Cotton

I use Word 97.

I have a document (a food menu) which is 11 x 17, landscaped, printed
both sides and tri-folded. It's just as I like it.

I would like to shrink the entire doc to 8 1/2 x 11. In other words, I
want to simply shrink the whole thing to save on paper costs, margins,
fonts and all.

How can I do this without having to re-work the whole document.

TIA,
Dave

From the print dialog box look to the bottom right corner
for scaling. Use the drop-down to select the paper size
you want to scale (print) your document.

I'm sorry. I can't find that in the box.
I click File, Print, ...box opens.
Bottom right has drop down only for the range of pages to print.

Word versions 2000 and above have this option. I had
forgotten it's not available in 97.
