Need help reverse figuring our an amortization to put in Excel mat

Hi, I have a sample Excel (what I was told was done in Excel) spread sheet
that does loan amortization and one can change a number of variables. We need
to recreate this not knowing the math/formulas that underlie this. Is someone
good at looking at this and figuring out what needs to be inputed into Excel
to make this work? Make it live? I can send a screen shot of the form to
anyone that can assist!

Note: You might also look at the Excel templates to see if any of those
match you screen image or at least meet your needs. You can get to the
templates by clicking on Help > Excel Help in Excel 2003. You might need to
set some options in order to see the templates. I can help you with that, as
well.
