need help scanning into word

I need help scanning into word. I have an EPSON 1250
scanner that is suppose to scan 2 or more pages into one
word file.I can not get it to work. Epson says it is the
soft ware. I can not get the Microsoft Custmer Service
site, it keeps running me around in circles. Can any one
help? Thanks, R. Dillon

This is nothing to do with Microsoft. Your Epson scanner undoubtedly came
with OCR software (probably a "lite" version), and that's what you should be
using. Possibly it has installed an add-in in Word to allow you to scan
directly into Word, but often these add-ins are written for earlier versions
and don't function or cause problems in current versions of Word.
