need help unblocking email recipient address

I inadvertently blocked incoming email messages from a send I want to
unblock. Following help index rules isn't working nor is MS Messanger online
support. Am following instructions from online FAQ but can't find all the
button options it's telling me to click. Thanks.

What program are you using? In Outlook, open Tools->Rules and Alerts and go
to the blocked senders list. Remove the name/address.

If outlook express, try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this
is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
