Need help w/hyperlinks in e-mail merge document

I am working on sending out a mass email (Word "htm"
document) that includes hyperlinks. However, when I send
a test message to myself, the hyperlinks don't show up in
the email. Instead, everything shows up as plain text.
What am I doing wrong?
