Need help with a query

It's a Bed and Breakfast. There are two Access Tables in the query. No
spreadsheet. The Reservations table has room numbers (some of which repeat
because different customers rent the room during different time periods),
customer numbers, check-in and check-out dates. The Rooms table has Room
number, floor number, Price per night fields. The calculated field is
Total[Rooms].[PricePerNight])*([Reservation].[Check-outDate]-[Reservations].[Check-inDate]).
I have, for example, three reservations for room 4. How do I combine those
into one line in the datasheet view. In other words, if I have two
reservations for room 1, three for room 4, how do I combine the room one
reservations onto one line, and the room four reservations onto another line?
