I’m having a little problem…
Using MS Access 2003:
I need to build an event for a Command Button, but I’m not VB savvy at all.
I’ll try to make it as literal as possible.
My database is for tracking customer incidents. [ TheDatabasemain.mdb ]
I have a form built for entering an incident for a customer. [ Form-Incident
Data ]
Now, in that form is a button to refer the incident for another department.
[ Refer to another dept ]
Above that Button is a Combo Box [ Combo41 ] which is the department the job
needs to be referred to.

Here is my algorithm:
On Click
Open a new blank - Form [ Form-Incident Data ]
Copy [value] (Customer ID) from original form to new form
Copy [value] (Date Created) from original form to new form
Copy [value] (Ticket Created By) from original form to new form
Copy [value] (Combo41) from original form to (Incident Type) in new form
Then
In the New form:
Set [value] (Level of Completion) to [(1)Received]
_______________
Any help would really be greatly appreciated.
Thanks All
Sean
