need help with command button

Hi,
i would create a Vacation request in Outlook.
That repuest must be approved from my backup and my boss. I fill the form
and send it to my backup. Here i would have a button "approve" and when the
button will be pressed, the request should automaticly forwarded to my boss.
Also then there should be a button "approve" and when it will be pressed it
should be automaticly forwarded, but now back to me and to a distribution
list.

I have designed the form already, but i don´t know how to handle that with
the buttons.

Can anyone help ?
