I have created a database that contains the information on the number
of cases loaded per day, number of trailers per day and the hours
worked. On the report it calculates the cost per case by dividing the
invoice total by the total number of cases.
There are three areas that we track for cost per case: Truckdock, LTL
and Total cost per case
My supervisor now wants a graph to help visualize the cost per case
for each area.
My question is: How do I do the addition and division within a query
to I can create the chart? The data would be collected by a
predetermined date that the user will enter into the form.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
I am new to creating graphs in Access and am not even sure that this
can be done.
