I have a client that uses excel to manage their email addresses. When they
send out their newsletters they have an opt out option for people that
decide that they don't want the newsletter anymore. This opt out option
sends my client an email with the address to be removed. Is there a way to
copy the removal list into the list of all the addreses and then completely
delete the duplicate entries so the email addresses are removed from the
list? Thank You!
