Need Help with Excel or Word 365 Timeline Creation or Template

Hi Everyone,

Please see the attached sketch. I need to complete a timeline that will keep track of multiple entities. Also, is it possible for the timeline to insert times, much like Word does with automatic numbering?

Any tutorials, templates, tips, or website links would be greatly appreciated.
