Need help with FrontPage Form Page Wizard Error Message

I created a form with the Form Page Wizard and it worked fine.
Now I want to create another form, but when I try to select the Form Page
Wizard (Page Templates>Form Page Wizard) I get a Form Page Wizard Error
Message that says "Another instance of the wizard is already running."

Save and close the 1st form page before you create a new one
- if necessary close & restart FP or the FP Site
