Need help with getting backgrounds to print

Hi, I have a document that I added a background to, I believe I have all the
settings correct but when it comes to the actual print all I get is the text
not the pictured background. Is there a solution to this?

Backgrounds in Word are meant to be viewed and not printed. If you want
a background printed, try using a watermark. I hope this has been
helpful to you.
