need help with Outlook email form default

I want to change the form for sending email, to add the
heading "from". (default has "to", "cc", and "subject",
and Bcc is available from the View menu. Can't find out
how to add "from". Went through the "create a form"
procedure but can't find a way to save the form so it
becomes the default. (It gets saved as a template). Can
this be done? Thanks, Lynne

What version and mode of Outlook? If not sure, check Help->About for the
mode in Outlook 2000 or 98.

When you save a created form, it goes into the Personal Forms Library by
default if you save using the Outlook form. See this page for more
information on creating custom forms:
