Need Help With Public Calendaring

S

I have 4 public calendars that were created in my public folders at work for
me, they work with M Ex. I need to make those 4 calendars available to
certain people in my office.

Am I correct that all they need to do is simply be told to go to the public
folder when in Calendars, right click and say "Save to Favorites" and it
will put it up under "Other Calendars" location in the calendar list?

And one more question would be...I am the Keeper of the Calendars and need
to know when someone posts/changes, etc. to any of them in case I have to put
out a cancellation, etc. Is there a way for me to be notified if and when
someone adds an event or anything to these calendars in Outlook, can I set up
a rule or something in Outlook that will take care of that? And if there is
an event coming up that I need to remind people of on any of the calendars,
just set a reminder like normal in my own calendar...correct?

I've never had to work with calendars and if this works it will really be a
big help. Or if what I have suggested someone has a better idea about,
please let me know.

1. Then need to add the calendar to public folder favorites and if using
outlook 2003/2007, it should be automatically added to the calendar module.

2. right click on the calendar folder and choose properties - look on the
admin tab for folder assistant. forward copies to your email address or
configure moderation.
